I'M NICOLe HERNANDEZ
EX-PR GIRLIE
TURNED ONE OF
NYC'S TOP CLINICAL HYPNOTISTS & VISIBILITY COACHES
For 15 years, I worked in PR and marketing, putting others in the spotlight while privately battling social anxiety, masking my true feelings, and burning out so badly it affected my health. It wasn’t until I discovered clinical hypnosis, nervous system work, and Human Design that I realized nothing was “wrong” with me; I was simply operating from deep, maladaptive subconscious patterns. Today, I support sensitive, spiritually-inclined high-achievers in creating their own version of High-Frequency Success: feeling grounded, authentic, and at ease while connecting with others, speaking in public, and sharing their unique gifts.
THEY SAID IT BETTER THAN I COULD
"Before working with Nicole, I was experiencing anxiety, and now, I feel relaxed and clearer.”
“I didn't realize how blocked I was til I wasn't. Once again, I thank you, Nicole. There's no adequate way to convey how much our sessions have affected my life for the better!”
“I feel much lighter and don’t feel as weighed down prior to working with Nicole. I felt like my brain and thought patterns have been rewired to the point of feeling freer.”
